Your bridal journey starts with an appointment! Bridal appointments can be made by calling our store and scheduling a time with one of our lovely sales associates.

When you arrive for your “Say Yes to the Dress” experience, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our team and paired with one of our bridal sales associates who will be there to help you every step of the way. You’ll have one hour to browse, try on dresses, and receive personalized guidance and advice to help you find the gown that feels perfectly to you.

💗 Bring your “I Do” Crew!
We welcome up to 5 guests to join you for your appointment. Because our bridal area has limited seating, we kindly ask that you keep your party to 5 guests or fewer so everyone can enjoy the experience comfortably.

Alterations Made Easy

We want your dress to fit you perfectly! All alteration appointments are required to be scheduled in advance, and our alterations are conveniently done in-house by our team.

We are also happy to accept dresses purchased outside of Jill’s Fashions & Bridals. Please note that an outside-dress fee will apply.

⏰ Plan Ahead!
For most formal dresses, we recommend scheduling your alteration appointment at least 3 weeks before your event. This gives our team plenty of time to make adjustments and ensure your dress is event-ready.

👰‍♀️ Bridal Gowns:
For bridal gowns, we recommend allowing 4–6 weeks for alterations. Bridal gowns can sometimes require multiple appointments to make adjustments, check the fit, and perfect every detail. We want you to walk down the aisle feeling comfortable, confident, and absolutely beautiful!

Appointments are required, so please call us ahead of time to schedule your alteration appointment. 💕
